RPC of Magnet Hydrodynamics was Awarded the Dolivo-Dobrovolsky Prize.

On February 21, at the general meeting of Electrical Sciences Academy members The Dolivo-Dobrovolsky Prize ceremony was held in Moscow, Russia. This prestigious award was presented to the team of scientists, including Viktor Timofeev, Maxim Khatsayuk, and Viktor Demidovich. The prize is awarded for scientific work and inventions in electrical engineering that have significant scientific and practical significance. Specifically, recognition was given to the work done in developing methods for modeling multidisciplinary physical processes underlying the operation of electrical equipment based on electromagnetic action, including on liquid metals. This work has enabled the development of innovative technologies for melting and casting metals in an alternating electromagnetic field. The prize was presented by the Russian Academy of Sciences Corresponding Member Pavel Butyrin.

The event included a scientific report on the latest achievements in domestic electrical technologies closely related to EMS phenomena.
