The equipment is designed for aluminum contactless stirring in transport ladles during the refining process and degassing aluminum melts.

Provides intensive molten aluminum electromagnetic stirring directly in standard transport ladles for deep refining. The system effectively removes harmful impurities (sodium, lithium, potassium, etc.) through the volumetric treatment of the melt with refining salts, significantly improving the quality of metallurgical semi-finished products.
Unlike rotary systems (MIXAL, STAC), the complete mechanical moving parts absence in contact with the aggressive melt dramatically reduces operating costs and increases service life. Intensive volumetric stirring ensures optimal contact between the melt and refining salts and purification high degree.

  • Various inductor designs are available: flat linear, arc stator or end-face, adapted to the ladle geometry.
  • The installation operates with standard transport ladles without any modifications.
  • The equipment is adapted to harsh operating conditions near high-temperature melts
