Gas-fired casting launder

Casting line launders preheating. The gas burner is installed in a tilting cover above the refractory launder.

Smooth and uniform heating along the entire length is ensured by radiant heat exchange and convection with the inner surface of the trough. High heating intensity and temperature are achieved, completely eliminating the dynamic component of heat loss and stabilizing the melt temperature during the casting phase.

The equipment can be easily adapted to new tasks and casting line configurations.
