Since 2014, the compny's Refractory Materials and Technologies Department  has been manufacturing and supplying products to the non-ferrous metallurgy market according to customer requirements.

This area also includes the development and supply of electric, gas, and combined heating systems for metal ducts and filter boxes according to customer requirements.

The launder for molten metal  successful operation depends on many factors that must be taken into account at the design stage, such as:

• Shape and cross-section calculation
  The launder cross-section correct selection has a direct impact on the metal line operational characteristics such as laminar flow, heat loss during the casting process, and the refractory blocks service life.
• Heat losses calculation
  By predicting heat loss at the metal line design stage, the operator will be able to understand the planned casting technological parameters.
• Choosing the correct launder and insulation materials
• For the metal line correct operation, the launder material and thermal insulation right selection is important.
