Project status

A pilot industrial unit creation

Results

A numerical analysis of molten aluminum induction heating process  was conducted, identifying patterns and relationships between EM stirring processes and operating parameters. Design documentation for a prototype induction channel heater for liquid metal was developed.

A medium-capacity pilot unit was created, and successful tests involving the liquid aluminum deposition were conducted. The industrial equipment key parameters of the  were determined. The project was tested and published, and security documents for the intellectual property were obtained.
